Classic Rock From A To Z.

True Bandmates support each other. We actually ENJOY supporting Amy...

Welcome

With three lead singers, a Break Even performance is never boring. Amy, Billy and Dave handle most of our singing duties - with a little harmonic help from Gary. Audience participation is encouraged, and Amy enjoys sharing her percussion toys with people who want to add some rhythm. Just listen closely and do as she says! We cover the classics from A-to-Z. Well - at least from Aerosmith to ZZ Top. We haven't started playing any ABBA yet...

Amy is color-coordinated for Carson Valley Days 2009. Doctor Amy is the newest addition to our team. She sings with a wireless microphone, so don't be surprised if she leaves the stage once in awhile. For a Twenty-Something, she knows an amazing number of Classic Rock tunes - no doubt due to her excellent upbringing. Photo by Skip Ferguson
Billy rocks out. Billy Ray sings lead vocals and plays rhythm guitar, but on his favorite Blues tunes, he spanks his Strat like he was back in The Republic of Tejas! Known to call for MORE COWBELL when there is not quite enough percussion to suit his taste... Photo by Skip Ferguson
Bob is in the groove. Tonemeister Bob can play any style, but he has recently returned to Classic Rock. Watch closely and see if you can tell how he is playing the Hammond organ, harmonica, marimba, saxophone, trumpet, or even a set of steel drums on his guitar! Photo by Skip Ferguson
Dave is almost ready to sing. Diamond Dave plays drums, sings, repairs our electronics and handles our sound system. He is also our arranger, producer and business manager. His synth-drums are electronic, so he gets some very interesting sounds. Photo by Skip Ferguson
Gary adds some thump. Guitbass Gary adds the low notes that blend with Dave's percussive beat. According to his perceptive kids, the best part about the bass is that it can serve as a "remote rump control" for people who feel shaking their Boo-Tays! Photo by Skip Ferguson

Contact Us

We support our service men and women. Dave and Gary served in the Navy, and Doctor Amy works at a VA hospital, so we do have some personal experience with what your dedication means to the folks back home. Thanks to all of you from all of us civilians.
