Classic Rock From A To Z.

True Bandmates support each other. We actually ENJOY supporting Amy...

Welcome

With three lead singers, a Break Even performance is never boring. Amy, Billy and Dave handle our singing duties - with a little harmonic help from Gary. Audience participation is encouraged, and Doctor Amy enjoys sharing her percussion tools with willing volunteers. Just listen closely and do as she says! We cover the classics from A-to-Z. (Well - at least from Aerosmith to ZZ Top. We haven't started playing any ABBA yet...)

Sample Clips

Here are a few "rough-cut" 30-second clips that will give you an idea of how we sound. We are working on some updated recordings and will post them when they are available.

Doctor Amy with a sparkly pink microphone... Nevada native Doctor Amy is the newest addition to our team. She sings with a wireless microphone, so don't be surprised if she leaves the stage and shows up right next to you on the dance floor - while she is still singing! Photo by Skip Ferguson!
Billy rocks out on his black Strat. Coming to us from Houston, Billy Ray sings lead vocals and plays rhythm guitar, and enjoys cruising on his Harley Softail. Sometimes calls for MORE COWBELL when there is not quite enough percussion to suit his taste... Photo by Skip Ferguson!
Bob is in the groove with his PRS. Silent Bob can play any style, but he has recently returned to Classic Rock. Watch closely and see if you can tell how he is playing the Hammond organ, harmonica, marimba, saxophone, trumpet, or even a set of steel drums on his guitar! Photo by Skip Ferguson!
Dave is almost ready to sing. Diamond Dave plays drums, sings, repairs our electronics and handles our sound system. His high-tech synth-drums are electronic, which allows them to suddenly change from sounding like a set of Roto-Toms to a tasteful pair of Timbales, Congas, Tablas, or whatever else he feels like using at the time... Gary adds some thump with his Birdsong. Guitbass Gary adds the low notes that blend with Dave's percussive beat. According to his perceptive kids, the best part about the bass is that it can serve as a "remote rump control" for people who feel shaking their Boo-Tays! Photo by Skip Ferguson!

Contact Us

We support our service men and women. Dave and Gary served in the Navy, and Doctor Amy works at a VA hospital, so we do have some personal experience with what your dedication means to the folks back home. Thanks to all of you from all of us civilians.
